Before you get started
How much does a wedding planner cost in Belgium?
At Memolia, expect a flat fee of €2,000 + €650 (coordination) for budgets under €18,000, then 12 to 15% of the budget beyond. Every quote is tailored after a free first conversation.
When should you contact a wedding planner?
Ideally 9 to 12 months before the wedding: that’s the perfect timeframe to organise everything without any stress. But don’t give up if you’re already short on time — I specialise in last-minute arrangements. Many couples set out on their own, only to realise along the way that it’s more complicated than they’d expected: above all, don’t hesitate to get in touch with me just because you think you’re ‘too late’. I love the challenge of last-minute planning, and I can step in at any stage, including just to coordinate the big day itself.
Full planning or day-of coordination?
Full planning covers the entire project from A to Z; day-of coordination only orchestrates the day itself, once you’ve prepared everything.

Do you work in several languages?
