Our pricing
How much does a wedding planner cost in Belgium?
Our rates depend on the package you choose:
- Full planning: €3,150 excl. VAT — up to 45 hours of work
- Partial planning: €2,000 excl. VAT — up to 25 hours of work
- Wedding day coordination: €850 excl. VAT — available as a standalone service or as an add-on to a planning package
- Wedding celebrant: €950 excl. VAT
21% VAT will be added. Additional hours are charged at €90 per hour, excl. VAT.
